Initial Dialup Internet Set-up Fee is $20.00 (for non-business accounts only) which includes first months fee and is non-refundable due to account set-up cost. Payment will be due on or before your monthly billing cycle (month from sign-up date). Payments one month late will be accessed $5.00 late fee and suspended. Suspended accounts will be charged $20.00 account set-up fee to reactivate. Unpaid hours of overage will force your account to the unlimited status at $20.00 monthly. Accounts will be terminated only with written and signed notification from the account holder, and account paid in full.
